About Us

Cindy and Matt own and operate Heavenly Care Kennels, which is located on their property. Candles and Concrete is beside the kennel building. This makes it easy for them to help you at either place. 

Cindy created Candles and Concrete as an artistic outlet and to promote good mental health.  She enjoys painting one-of-a kind concrete statuary for people  because it brings them joy and she know it will last a life time. Making candles is fun becaue it is scientific and has a calming, almost mesmerizing effect on your senses.  There are so many types you can create that it stays interesting too. Not only did this lead to numberous items that would make great gifts,  but also the desire to share this experience with others. Now, Cindy is showing others how to create their own masterpieces.
